Peakub Monetization Terms

These Monetization Terms (“Terms”) apply to creators who earn money through the Peakub platform, including subscriptions, tips, or other revenue tools. By using any monetization features, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

To monetize on Peakub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid payment account (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
• Comply with all applicable laws and our platform policies.

We reserve the right to limit or revoke access to monetization tools at our discretion.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by third-party services like Stripe or PayPal. By using these services, you also agree to their terms and conditions.

Peakub is not a financial institution and does not hold or transfer funds directly. We are not liable for issues related to third-party payment providers.

3. Fees and Revenue Share

Peakub may take a platform fee from your earnings, which will be disclosed upfront. Additional fees may be charged by payment processors.

The net amount (after fees) will be paid out to your connected account on a regular basis (e.g., monthly or as specified in your dashboard).

4. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations. This includes reporting income, issuing invoices, and paying local taxes.

Peakub may collect tax-related information and issue tax forms where legally required.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

In the event of a refund or chargeback initiated by a subscriber or buyer, Peakub reserves the right to deduct the refunded amount from your balance or future payouts.

We encourage creators to maintain transparency and fairness to minimize disputes.

6. Content and Conduct

You must not monetize content that:

• Violates our Terms of Service.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Spreads misinformation, hate speech, or illegal activity.

Peakub reserves the right to suspend or withhold earnings from accounts that violate our rules.

7. Audience Ownership

As with all of Peakub, you own your audience and subscriber data. We will never contact your supporters for marketing purposes without your permission.

Your earnings are based on your ability to create, connect, and retain your audience.

Your audience, your rules.

8. Termination

You may stop using monetization features at any time. Peakub may also suspend or terminate monetization access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Any remaining balance may be forfeited in cases of fraud, abuse, or account bans.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify you through email or the platform.

Continued use of monetization features after the changes means you agree to the updated Terms.
